The Disney Area Superior Deluxe Homes with Spa are private homes in newer sub-divisions that are assigned upon arrival and are all within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World. There is a fee to heat the pool (pools heated only from October-April) & spa and the homes come with a screened-in pool deck, chaise lounges, patio table & chairs along with a fully-equipped kitchen. All homes also include central air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, cable TV, washer/dryer, telephone, iron/ironing board, towels & linens. These homes have upgraded decor with newer facilities and amenities to ensure extra comfort. (Please note that there is a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no other paper supplies nor any type of hand/dish soaps are provided).

The Disney Area Superior Deluxe Homes with Spa are of higher quality and standards with modern floor plans while meeting all basic requirements for a clean, fully-equipped home. They are perfect for the traveler who wants a superior house in Orlando with extra amenities such as a children's playground, communal swimming pool, tennis or basketball court or even a clubhouse. Note: not all superior homes are nearby to these extra outdoor amenities. The homes are within driving distance to all of the Orlando attractions, shops & restaurants.
