The Disney Area Superior Homes are private homes in newer sub-divisions that are assigned upon arrival and are all within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World and all of the Orlando attractions. There is a fee to heat the pool (pools heated only from October-April) and the homes come with a screened-in pool deck, chaise lounges and a patio table & chairs.
The spacious three, four & five bedroom homes all include a full kitchen along with central air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, cable TV, washer/dryer, telephone, iron/ironing board and towels & linens. (Please note that there is a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no other paper supplies nor any type of hand/dish soaps are provided). These homes have upgraded decor with newer amenities to ensure extra comfort & are perfect for the traveler who wants a nice house in the Orlando area of Florida.
Orlando offers an unbelievable experience for those who wish to visit the famous Walt Disney World area as well as the many other attractions of Orlando including Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World and many others. There are many shops and restaurants that dot Highway 192 in the tourist area of Orlando offering guests many options to stay busy. My daughters and I always had many choices on where to go during the day or where to dine at night when we visited the Orlando area. There are other attractions within driving distance such as the Kennedy Space Center to the east of Orlando or the Tampa/St. Petersburg coast about 1.5 hours to the west of Orlando.
The wonderful Disney Area Superior Homes will truly provide great vacation memories for guests who desire a more upscale house while visiting the world-famous Orlando area of Florida.
